Here's my 2 cents...The word "eva...Great post Slim. <BR/><BR/>Here's my 2 cents...<BR/><BR/>The word "evangelical Christian" these days seems to turn a lot of people off because so many folks that consider themselves "evangelical Christians" try to impose their beliefs and morality on others.<BR/><BR/>Personally, I believe that salvation only comes through Christ. That's what the Bible tells me. I try to live my life like Christ, though I fail often. Through my life, my actions and my words, I hope that others can see Christ in me.<BR/><BR/>I have some friends that are athiest, some that are gay, and some that are Mormon. When I converse with them, I try not to tell them that they're wrong and I'm right. I engage them in conversation and relationship and then when the subject of my beliefs come up, it allows me an opportunity to tell them what I believe.<BR/><BR/>I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, we should not be the judge of others nor should we be the morality police.
